• inquiry information is not used for automated customer scoring;

7. Service Providers

We use selected service providers to operate the website. We also plan to use selected service providers to protect and deliver the Contact Us inquiry form when that form is enabled.

7.1 Vercel

Our website is hosted and deployed using Vercel. Vercel may process website traffic, IP addresses, system configuration information, technical logs and other information necessary to provide website hosting, deployment, security and infrastructure services.

7.2 Resend

When the Contact Us inquiry form is enabled, we plan to use Resend to transmit website inquiry emails to authorized business email recipients. Information contained in an inquiry email may therefore be processed through Resend's email-delivery infrastructure. The customer email address will be used as the Reply-To address and will not be used as the technical sending address.

7.3 Cloudflare Turnstile

When the Contact Us inquiry form is enabled, we plan to use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated bots and protect the inquiry form against spam and malicious submissions. Turnstile may process limited technical signals, such as an IP address, browser user-agent information, TLS characteristics, the website origin and the Turnstile site key, for bot-detection and website-security purposes.

7.4 Enterprise Email Services

Inquiry emails may also be processed and stored by the enterprise email systems used by KFY SMART and KFY Group.

We expect service providers to process information only for the services they provide and in accordance with their contractual, privacy and security obligations.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We do not:

• sell, rent, exchange or trade customer inquiry information;
• upload customer inquiry lists to advertising platforms;
• use inquiry information for advertising retargeting;
• provide inquiry information to cooperation factories;
• provide inquiry information to unrelated third parties.

We may share or disclose information only:

• to authorized KFY SMART or KFY Group personnel who need it to respond to the inquiry;
• to service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, website security or enterprise email operations;

KFY SMART operates from China and serves business customers in different countries and regions.

Personal information may be processed in China and in other countries where our website-hosting, email-delivery, security and enterprise email service providers operate, which may include the United States.

For inquiries that do not result in an active business relationship, we generally retain the inquiry and related communication records for up to 24 months from the last meaningful communication.

Spam, test submissions, clearly invalid inquiries and unnecessary records may be deleted earlier.
